i'm finally healing from social anxiety, here's how

Social interactions used to leave me feeling drained and exhausted. Whether I was first meeting someone or had known them for years, I often got so anxious about interacting with people that I avoided socializing. Recently, I've finally started understanding where my social anxiety was coming from, and have been able to rewire my brain in order to heal from it. With some of these changes, I now actually enjoy socializing and feel safe to take up space in any room that I'm in.
