Aura Sync fix - "Aura has stopped working"

After updating, my Aura suddenly stopped working all together, and reverting to older versions didn't help.

RGB Synchronization is great - but the software, and Aura in particular, can be difficult to work with.

After trying a lot of things, finally got it fixed - here's how!
