DIY Herbs: Mullein

Описание к видео DIY Herbs: Mullein

Find out about one of our "furry friends," mullein (Verbascum thapsus). The genus Verbascum includes more than 450 species of flowering plants. They are native to Europe and Asia, with the highest species diversity in the Mediterranean. They are also now common to the American West and elsewhere, where they flourish, even in dry soils. Mullein has been used folklorically for respiratory relief. Herbalists Jessie Conaway, Matthew Wood, and Brigitte Mars will fill you in on the uses of this hardy botanical.
