This video goes over my process for identifying strong and weak performers on my own team, as well as evaluating available replacements using the advanced stats provided in the spreadsheet.

UPDATE: I was able to trade Gunler to Carolina for their 2030 and 2031 second round picks. I then traded Carolina's 2030 second round pick, my own 2030 third round pick, and a 3-star potential goalie prospect to Seattle for Ciernik and Seattle's 2031 sixth round pick. This freed up $1m in cap space, and while I had to give up my third from this year, I added an additional second round pick for next year, along with a sixth that can be used to spruce up any trades I look to make next season.
