1/2 cup mashed potato (125g)
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 egg
1 cup milk (250 ml)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 tbsp oil (45ml) + 2 tbsp to drizzle
3 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (440g) plus more for the counter

Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
sesame seeds
