Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated on January 30, 1948, in New Delhi by Nathuram Godse, a Hindu nationalist. Godse opposed Gandhi's advocacy for Hindu-Muslim unity. Gandhi was shot at point-blank range during a prayer meeting, marking the tragic end of the Indian independence leader's life. In this video, I have described the reasons why Nathuram Godse assassinated Mahatma Gandhi and I also described whether those allegations are true or false.
