Ingredients for Besan ki Barfi:-
(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon)!

Besan/Gram flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Yellow food color a pinch(optional)

for the syrup:
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Water - 75 ml
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

For the toppings:
Some sliced Almonds & Pistachio
