Kathaler dana diye sera sader niramish chorchori .Vegetable curry with jackfruit seeds: It's a no onion garlic pure veg recipe of my grandmother.She used to cook this like exact this way as I shown on my video.Very delicious recipe,if you make this recipe in your home like the way I have make it here I'm sure you will love this too. If you are a pure vegetarian then this is a must try recipe for you.

Ingredients:
2 medium size potatoes
2 medium size ridge Guard
1 small size brinjal
10/12 jackfruit seeds
200 gm katoya data( kind of fleshy drumstick)
* all the vegies are chopped vertically

3 green chilies
handful fresh coriander leaves
1tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1tsp turmeric
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp Radhuni (wild celery seeds)
1tsp salt
4tsp mustard oil
0.5 tsp nigella seeds
