Oil - 1-2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds / jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds / rai - 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida / hing - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves- 4-5
Green chilli - 1 chopped
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon grated
Turmeric powder / haldi - 1/2 teaspoon
Potatoes / aloo - 2 chopped
Salt - according to taste
Cabbage - 1 big bowl chopped
Coriander / Dhaniya powder - 1teaspoon
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Kasuri methi - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry Mango powder / amchur powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Green coriander leaves - for garnishing
