Innovations in HR Analytics Webcast

Описание к видео Innovations in HR Analytics Webcast

Rarely a day goes by that we don’t read or hear about the importance of data-driven decision making and analytics for the HR function, and more and more organizations are sprouting up touting the HR analytics services that they can provide organizations. While it is great that HR analytics is receiving so much attention, it raises lots of questions about how companies can improve their HR analytics capabilities; what good HR analytics looks like; and how often we are mislabeling HR analytics as something else or letting bad data drive bad decisions.

Based on the discussions from recent CAHRS working groups and on-going research that we are doing on the topic with CAHRS faculty members, this webcast covered a number of topics related to innovations in the HR analytics space.

Topics covered include: thoughts on how to optimally structure an internal HR analytics department; key questions that the HR analytics team should be able to answer and the data requirements for these questions; and thoughts on future directions for HR analytics.
