WHEELING IN THE SCENIC RIM, QLD. SCARING 'NEWBIES' + NIGHT TIME MTB RIDING & CAMPSITE FEASTS | EP 1

In May we mixed 4WD and 2-wheel action in the Scenic Rim, just 90 minutes from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Setting up camp at Tamrookum Creek Bike Park with an epic crew that included OzTrail, Campfire and Companion kept us eating and sleeping like royalty as we explored the best of what was on offer at Tamrookum and in the neighbouring Scenic Rim Adventure Park (SRAP).

In this Episode 1 of 2, Mountain Bike Direct tested out their Troopy on some solid 4WD tracks and along with Isaac from the bike park and showed us how it's done on some of Queensland's gnarliest downhill mountain bike trails, including some night time jumps, whips and road gaps!

Barney and Chris challenged three 4WD 'newbies' on some of the trails for their first taste of off-road 4x4 action, even putting their own cars on the line for a bit of entertainment.

It's amazing the scenery, trails, tracks and fun that you can find so close to Brisbane. Stay tuned for Episode 2 for more action on Built4Offroad.
