Hey! This week we are putting the trainers on and taking the watch off! I thought about how much I wanted to start running at the beginning and back then I didn’t think about all the admin that comes along with that little watch on my wrist. I wanted a break from it so I am running with no watch to see if it does make me feel free and take that pressure off 😀
