When Should I Start Thinking About Filing a Delay Lawsuit

Описание к видео When Should I Start Thinking About Filing a Delay Lawsuit

A newer member in our facebook group Immigrant Home asked "when should I start thinking about filing a lawsuit against USCIS?" USCIS has a lot of names for delaying your case: "administrative processing", "background checks", all of these are stock answers that they use to get rid of you without giving you any real information. You need to think about suing them after about a year. Suing is my favorite thing to do because it is the only thing that works. Suing makes your case go from the bottom of the pile to the top.
There are signs of CARP or other reasons your case has been delayed. If you've been interviewed by the FBI, that's another sign that your case will sit indefinitely. If you're overseas, those cases can be a bit trickier because you have to deal with the State Department as well.
