I've joined a Free Walking Tour to discover the beauty of the most polluted capital in Europe and I found out that Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, is actually beautiful!
The Skopje Free Walking Tour started from the main square, next to the statue of Alexander The Great. From there we moved around the city, from the Memorial House dedicated to Mother Teresa to one of the most polluted river of the world, Vardar river, that passed through the beautiful buildings of this surprisingly beautiful city! After the river, we have the change to go to the Bazar that in ancient times had more than 2100 shops and that now is great for both shopping and restaurants - I'll try lots of food over there, in future vlogs.
Even if North Macedonia has in Skopje the most polluted capital in Europe, during summer the air pollution will be less visible and you'll be able to explore this beautiful city!
