Delmonico's | The FIRST fine-dinning restaurant in America!

Delmonico's is the first fine-dinning restaurant in America. It's also one of the top steakhouses in NYC. It pioneered a lot of signature dishes, such as the wedge salad, baked Alaska desert, etc.
We visited Delmonico's for the first time. We tried the signature steak and dry-aged ribeye. Surprisingly, we enjoyed the latter more than the signature! I think the dry-aged ribeye is the best steak that I've had so far! It is pricy, but the meat quality and perfect cooking is worth every penny!
A tip: if you visit and order steak, remember to skip the steak sauces. They are redundant for having the perfect steak. They sounds complimentary, but they actually cost money.
