Sept, 2024 - How wild

Описание к видео Sept, 2024 - How wild

It took me many years of observation in the garden to understand something that no one will tell you:

That edible citrus tree (orange, tangerine, lemon, etc…)come from grafting wild orange trees.

And that even if we have grafted our wild tree, this continues developing below the grafting point.

So a wild / bitter orange trees can coexist on an orange or a lemon tree because the wild orange grows below the grafting point of the trunk !!

And that the wild tree (nerangia) is so much strong that it will soon overpower the lemon / orange / grapefruit tree trees - and eventually kill it !!!

For this reason, we should always make sure to limiting the growth of the branches of the wild orange tree (unless we like to consume bitter oranges).
