Carlos had a retracted mandible and an elongated maxilla, so he could not close his lips properly and his front teeth were very visible, in addition to a lack of projection in his middle and lower thirds.

To correct it, Dr. Hernandez Alfaro performed an advancement and counterclockwise rotation of the mandible, as well as an advancement and impaction (shortening) of the maxilla and an advancement genioplasty to give the correct projection to his profile.
