In this video I show you how to perform a Side Piercing Kick and suggest some exercises to help strengthen and coordinate the muscles used for the kick. I also show you how to adopt a Bending Ready Stance type A which is the preparatory posture for side kick used in many Taekwon-Do pattterns.
