A short video on how I heat and micro-foam my milk in my single serving french press in under 2 minutes.

In summary:

Start with a modified french press (top cap removed). I like the personal size since it's easier to pump, but make sure your milk level is under 50% of your french press' max capacity.

1. Heat your desired amount of milk in a microwave for 45 seconds, then again for 10-20 seconds til it's hot to the touch (3-second rule).
2. Do 3-4 large pumps from above the surface
3. Do 30 pumps underneath the surface and swirl
4. Repeat Step 4 three more times for a total of 120 pumps
5. FInish by swirling and tapping
6. Pour and serve

• 100C off the boil water
• Setting 3 on the Flair 58
• 10-12 Second Preinfusion
• 18g in + 40g out + 27 seconds brew time
