Bionic Buzz® got to cover an Evening With Tyler Perry’s The Oval at Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills. Tyler Perry’s The Oval, BET’s addictive and popular drama series from acclaimed creator Tyler Perry, has quickly become one of the most talked about series on television. Tyler Perry’s The Oval traces the story of a newly elected President and First Lady, Hunter and Victoria Franklin, placed in the White House by people of influence. Filled with compelling doses of secrets, power and revenge, the series also highlights the personal side and everyday lives of the First Family, and staff who run the inner workings of the nation’s most iconic residence. The Paley Center screened an episode from Tyler Perry’s The Oval, followed by conversation with series stars Ed Quinn (Hunter Franklin), Kron Moore (Victoria Franklin), and other members of the cast and creative team.

On the red carpet before the screening & panel we got to interview the cast members: Taja V. Simpson (Priscilla Owens), Walter Fauntleroy (Sam Owen), Lodric D. Collins (Donald Winthrop), Matthew Law (Kareem Richardson), and Brad Benedict (Kyle Flint). Along with actress Renee Lawless from The Haves and the Have Nots & Aunt Cissy.
