Inward Office is your virtual wellness solution for small to medium sized businesses and non-profits. We have usage-based programming for companies looking to implement movement and stress management solutions that don't go over budget. We lead virtual fitness, yoga & meditation programs in 30-60 minute formats, specializing in desk bound office populations and corporate wellness solutions. Our daily classes include: barre, HIIT, Sculpt, mid-day office yoga, mid-day chair yoga, active yoga, yoga for strength & stability, core strength, meditation, yoga for the low back and yoga for joints & healthy aging.

In person our team teaches in Western NY: Buffalo, Rochester, the Finger Lakes and the southern tier. Workshops in Meditation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Stress Relief, Pilates for Posture, Mindfulness for Adaptive leadership and tennis ball self-massage. We aim to deepen self-awareness and decrease stress through mental and physical fitness.
