Ingredients:
Carrot 1/2 kg.
Sugar 4 tbsp.
Corn flour 3 tbsp.
Desiccated coconut for coated.
pistachio.
Perparations:
Take carrot cut to small pieces and boiled make a paste. on stove low to medium flame keep pan on stove add carrot paste then add sugar and corn flour cook 4-5 minutes then add small bowl make it cool after that coat desiccated coconut and decorate with pistachio.
