!IMPORTANT!
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD. PTSD can happen to anyone who has gone through or witnessed a traumatic experience. Things like combat, assault, accidents, or other life-changing events. It can affect your thoughts, feelings, and daily life in ways that might not be obvious to others.
People with PTSD often experience flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, irritability, or trouble trusting others. And here’s the thing: PTSD isn’t a weakness. Struggling with it doesn’t make you less strong, it means you’ve been through something very real, and your brain is reacting to it.
If you’re listening to this and you’ve felt any of these symptoms, or if you know someone who has, the most important thing to know is that help is available. There are trained professionals, support groups, and organizations in both the U.S, Canada and throughout the world that can guide you toward healing. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Thanks for listening, and remember: taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your body.

Lyrics
Walkin’ streets where the shadows never sleep
Seen the worst, yeah, the kind that cuts deep
Badge on the chest, but the weight don’t show
Every call, every fight, every story they know
Lights flash, sirens scream
Haunted by the things that ain't seen
They move in silence, carry the load
Walking through fire on a lonely road
Late night, echoes of a broken past
Every heartbeat feels like it might not last
Faces in the dark, voices in the rain
Memories replayin’, feel the sting of pain
Lights flash, sirens scream
Haunted by the things that ain't seen
They move in silence, carry the load
Walking through fire on a lonely road
Every rescue, every fight, every fallen friend
The weight don’t end, it just bends and bends
Heroes in shadows, ghosts in their eyes
Living in the war where the danger hides
Slow steps, heavy breath
Night after night, they cheat the death
S.A.S.T, F.I.B, they hold the line
Walking through the storm, one day at a time
