Just like in sports, when we open to a winning attitude the challenge becomes more like a game. In many ways our spiritual practice is like preparing for a sporting event, where practice and preparation make us formidable to any issue. And enthusiasm, rooted in faith, fills us with the optimism that: in God all is surmountable, achievable, and all is good.
