Since his untimely death last year, Prince has proven to not only be a music legend, but a real estate mogul, with a portfolio that includes his iconic Paisley Park estate — which opened as a museum in the fall — a lavish Turks and Caicos vacation home and a two-acre mansion located in the Bridle Path/Post Road neighborhood of Toronto.
The latter just hit the market for a whopping $12.8 million, PopSugar reports, and it's filled with the kind of personality the late singer was known for, such as purple carpets and his famous symbol embossed on glass doors, according to Billboard.
Prince and his second wife Manuela Testolini occupied the 14,280-square-foot home from 2001 to 2006, and it pretty much has everything you can think of for almost given its near $13 million price tag: Cathedral ceilings, a courtyard, fitness room, sauna, garden, pool and tennis court, to name a few.
In the wake of his tragic overdose, there has been much debate over how much Prince's assets are worth given that he did not leave a will. The Paisley Park estate is allegedly worth $200 million alone, according to CBS News. Without a will, however, the estate could be subject to a higher rate of taxation, though its fate (and ownership) remains to be seen.
