Crown of Tempests is a great exotic for enhancing Arc Warlock, but theres so much more potential when used with Prismatic Warlock instead. From insanely short cooldown ability spam options, to longer lasting Song of Flames.
Crown of Tempests grants a buff listed as conduction tines with any arc ability or jolt final blow. So maximum arc abilities is the way to go, with lightning surge alongside arcane needle and storm grenades being the obvious choice. For jolt go with a voltshot weapon. While stormtrance will be extended and self sustain conduction tines song of flame is the way to go. This will still last for a longer duration while under the effect of conduction tines and you can refresh this in super by using voltshot weapons.
