Sharks Swansea Bay Swim 2023 - Brutal Conditions!

Sharks Swansea 3,000m swim 🦈 🏊

First proper sea swim all year and not done that distance since Ironman Wales, luckily most swimmers had 3,600m on their watches 🫣 The swim was at Swansea Bay, outside The Secret & Kitchen.

My Zone 3 Vapor goggles were absolutely perfect, thank your ‪@sharksswimshop8250‬ for gifting me to them 🥽

Sea was super choppy and was not easy at all, I applaud anyone that was confident to call it a day after lap 1.

Thoughts are with the David Grey's family & friends, David had to be pulled in and unfortunately passed away. Thank to all the safety team that did their very best to keep people as safe as possible in bad conditions 🤍
