We bought a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited ZJ for $1000 and we're going to turn it into a safe, reliable, awesome daily driver for my daughter. The Jeep Grand Cherokee has always been an amazing vehicle since its introduction in 1993, and this Gen 1 is no exception. We picked it up for $1000 with a bad transmission but zero rust and a beautiful interior. In this series we're going to go from its present broken state all the way to safe, reliable, awesome daily driver. In today's episode, we're going to introduce you to the build, show you all its good points and also what we need to work on, and then we're going to dive right in and start getting this fantastic Jeep Grand Cherokee back to its former glory.
