About Alleah Friedrichs
In 2013, after obtaining her MBA and working in clean technology, Alleah started Bliss Wine Imports - a company specializing in organic wine. Alleah’s strategy was to dismiss everything she learned while studying business and instead intentionally manage her thoughts and emotions as a way to foster inspired action. After successfully growing her company, in 2017 Alleah started teaching the process to rewire the brain, thoughts and emotions. Today she spends her time teaching her students how to manage emotions and change historical belief systems as a strategy to change their lives.

What is the surprising and first thing that contributes to self sabotage? Alleah Friedrichs, entrepreneur and coach, has been helping people manage their emotions and rewire their belief systems to achieve their wildest goals. She shows us how declaring that "I don't know" (even if true) locks us into not knowing, since one cannot "know" when they believe they "don't know".

In this talk she will share:
How we can build new neural pathways by rewriting what we think and say, just a little.
How building new neural pathways leads to feeling better, thinking better and taking inspired actions - which leads to new opportunities in our lives.
When we can change how we feel without anything else changing, everything can then change
