Welcome to lesson 68 of our video series on A Course in Miracles, explained to a child (but for everybody)!

In today's lesson, we will explore the impact of holding grievances and how it separates us from our Creator. We will learn that forgiveness helps us remember our true nature as children of God and find peace.

During our 10-15 minute practice, we'll start by considering the people we don't like and against whom we hold major grievances, then we'll move to the people we like but still hold minor grievances against. We'll try to think of ourselves as completely at peace with everyone and everything, safe in a world that protects and loves us.

Throughout the day, whenever any thought of grievance arises against anyone, we'll repeat the idea "Love holds no grievances. Let me not betray myself." several times an hour to help us let go of our grievances and connect with the love that we truly are.
