Equipment Introduction

This machine is especially designed for circular saw blade grinding. By adjusting the carbide tips vertically and
horizontally, we can grind the hook angle and clearance angle.

This machine uses CNC tech---Programmable logic controller ,PLC; automatic, high precision and efficiency, which
is suitable for grinding circular saw blades.

This machine is made up of three main parts:
1.1 Electric system----PLC, Relay Circuit, counter, which is the key part for automatic programmable control
1.2 hydraulic system --- hydraulic source, electromagnetic valve system, which is the execution part.
1.3 Grinding system ---- it is the part for grinding and grinding adjustment.

To make the operation easier and visual, this machine uses touch control screen. The operator can just stand in front
of the machine and touch the screen. After setting the paraters, the machine can start to work and finish the
customized task set by the user quickly and accurately. This machine is already pre programmed with over 10
