This is a retro Telephone Operator video, used in the 1940's, to explain the role of a Telephone Operator, (FIRST GENERATION)
The Telephone Operator profession has always included urgent communications and although technology has change, much has remained the same. We at the message center hold true to strong Customer Service values ,as portrayed in this video,on every call, under pressure.
This requires a specialized skill set by each operator to perform correctly. We also integrate HIPAA compliance in our policies, and there will be more to come about that in future videos.
