Unless a new method is discovered, I believe this is the fastest you can possibly defeat Roxas. To test the limits, I used frame advance to try and find the first available frame in which Judgement Triad can be used and I got the same time of 0.86 seconds.

My method is to simply use a maxed level Judgement Triad as soon as you can. I had a max strength stat of 200 and I used the Zero/One Keyblade with the Attack Upgrade and All Critical Overclocks.
