Join us as we explore the highly popular Lotus Vegetarian Buffet Restaurant at Holiday Inn Express Singapore! We were so excited to dive into their incredible variety of vegetarian dishes, especially since it's a great spot to catch up with our vegetarian friends. At just $38.80 per adult, the spread seemed like amazing value, boasting everything from mock meats to fresh veggie delights.

However, our experience took an unexpected turn. While the food we did get to try was delicious, we noticed that they stopped replenishing the food just 45 minutes into the session. Then, at the 60-minute mark, we were informed the buffet stations would close in half an hour, even though we still had another hour left to dine. This was a big letdown and definitely impacted our overall enjoyment.

Despite this, we also share a heartwarming surprise: discovering the pet-friendly ground floor of the hotel and meeting the famous Luna, Daniel Boey's adorable rescue dog!
