Victim's daughter confronts Darrell Brooks in court | Waukesha Christmas parade trial

Taylor Kulich's mother, 52-year-old Jane Kulich, was killed in the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy on Nov. 21, 2021.

She spoke on her mother's behalf during Darrell Brooks' sentencing on Tuesday, Nov. 15. Jane Kulich was a wife, mother, and grandmother.
