A brisk winters day at a new airport for me, arriving around 10 and departing around 7 we caught a variety of turboprop movements, including various ATR's, Eastern BAe JS41 and SAAB 2000, British Airways SAAB 2000, Loganair SAAB 340 and more. Toward the end of the day the only two jet aircraft turned up, G-EZOK from LGW and G-EZAT from LPL. It was also the first time for me to see a variety of BAe ATP's. There were 4 on the ground, all of which in different liveries which was great! One white livery West Atlantic, one grey and Blue West Atlantic, a West Air Europe example and finally a retired example lacking titles and engines. Even though they didn't move it was great to see them before they all go!

The majority of the day was spent in the landside cafe that offers great views over the apron and runway, but we did go for a walk to a location I found on google maps, it was a complete gamble bearing in mind we had no idea if it was even accessible, but it did turn out to be a pretty awesome spot, sadly there was simply too little shelter from the rain and wind that reached peak gusts of 43 knots, so we headed back inside!

The last few pieces of footage were filmed from the departure lounge that offered equally as good views, however as it got darker the light reflections were pretty bad

Great first visit to the Isle of Man, will definitely go back at some point!

Thanks for watching!
