NHS Test and Trace system 'no clear impact' despite £37bn budget

MPs have put the £37bn NHS Test and Trace system in the firing line, attacking its cost and saying there's 'no clear evidence' it works effectively.

But Dido Harding - the woman in charge of it - hit back saying it's a 'success story'.
