Hi There! In 2014, I suffered from a severe lack of presence in my life. Even though things were going well for me in my career, I wasn’t really happy, and I surely wasn’t healthy.

At that time, I had never heard of vibrational healing, sound healing therapy, frequency healing, or anything like that.

In my search for answers, I found many things helpful, such as specific meditation techniques, a daily routine that focused on self-care, and the power of affirmations.

But perhaps nothing was as immediately impactful in raising my vibration as the use of tones, chants, and frequencies. I began experimenting on myself as a means of determining what the effect of hundreds of different vibrational inputs was. Sound healing and vibrational medicine was the answer I’d been looking for.

So I began frequency therapy (self-taught and administered). I had great results, but I could sense there was more.

Then, I discovered Healy, a. portable, wearable frequency healing device delivering Individual Microcurrent Frequencies. Up to that point, I had been using sound waves only. In less than a year of using Healy, all aspects of my life improved – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

I’ve become so inspired by frequency therapy, that I felt to make this series on my YouTube channel dedicated to the healing power of sound – where I got started. I hope that you enjoy it!
