The Trump administration has concluded its investigation into Harvard University, determining that the institution violated federal civil rights law in its treatment of Jewish and Israeli students. The Department of Health and Human Services sent a letter to Harvard President Alan Garber on Monday, stating that the school was in "violent violation of Title VI."

The investigation was prompted by reports of rampant antisemitism on campus following Hamas' October 7th attack on Israel. The probe found "on campus discrimination that is pervasive, persistent and effectively unpunished."

"If you read some of the content of the investigation and what they found, the majority of Jewish students reported experiencing negative bias or discrimination on their campus while a quarter of Jewish students on campus felt physically unsafe," pointed out White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
