OK, so here is my 2 barrel carburetor tuning, I hope it works for you like it did for me.

First turn both your mixture screws completely in back them both out 1.5 turns each for a baseline.
Start engine and let it warm up. (engine reached around 2000 rpms)
I then turn out both idle screws 3/4 turns each, if the engine idle speed started to slow down is the point where you went too far, so I backed up to the previous setting.
Now adjust the idle speed screw to your setting of your choice (I could only get down to 1300-1200 rpms)
