On the 14th of June, in response to a hostile letter from the Chief of Police, Bill Fordy, I visited the headquarters of the Niagara Regional Police Service in Niagara Falls, ON. After about 30 minutes sitting outside displaying two signs, SGT. Paul Koole approached me informing me that I was on private property. While he stated that I could remain for the time being, he stated that should I return in the future, I would be trespassed from Crown property.

SGT. Koole was never able to cite a specific bylaw that I was violating. Absent disorderly conduct, or some other criminal or provincial offence, I am free to protest on Crown land.
