My walk from the beginning of Çıkrıkçılar Yokusu, which was one of the places where trade made a significant percentage of Ankara's economy during the Ottoman Empire, to Anafartalar Street. In the shops on Çıkrıkçılar Yokuşu, which started after Saraçlar Street, wool obtained from Ankara goats was woven into a fabric called "sof".
