This iconic Highland Park residence has been restored in exquisite detail and expanded to over 12,000 square feet of sumptuous living space surrounded by lush gardens, fountains, a swimming pool and multiple outdoor living areas. Known as the Ferris Mansion, the house was built in 1923 on a 95X200 lot at Beverly Drive and Byron. Architect Hal Thomson designed the property, enlisting prominent craftsmen from the northeastern U.S. and Europe to execute its elaborate stone, glass and hand carved wood details.
