Good Morning and Happy Sunday ! Lately I have been focused on bettering my health when it comes to food intake, as you've seen on my channel through my kitchen diaries. I wanted to take it a step further and complete my first colon cleanse due to my bloating and IBS status. Today I talk about my experience and if I would do this more frequently. Our stomach is our second brain and I neglected mine last year to say the least. But not anymore. This year I am taking back my health and making small changes that will lead to permanent changes.
