Who We Are

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) provides immediate, effective, and comprehensive employment services to people returning from incarceration. Our belief is that anyone who wants to work should have the opportunity to do so and the ability to support themselves and their families. Through paid on-the-job training, job coaching and placement, advanced training and credentialing, and job retention and support services, we are not only helping people find employment, but we are empowering them to obtain good-quality, high-paying careers.

CEO is working towards a vision where anyone coming home from incarceration can fully participate in society, and that means fully removing all barriers to employment, providing technical support to other non-profits who are doing similar work, and advancing our policy and advocacy work to pass legislation that promotes inclusive hiring and economic mobility.
