Kidding is finally picking up. It was a slow start, but things are moving now. One doe kidded out on the concrete—in the cold and wind—wedged between the building and the hoof trimming chute. How can you be that dumb?

One of our tiniest kids backslid a bit, but after some supportive care, she seems to be doing well.

And then, another doe decided to kid in the doorway. I'm not sure why that's the popular spot this year. I've never had a doe choose the doorway before—they usually pick a quiet, deeply bedded corner. Let’s hope this trend doesn’t continue.
