How does Paget's disease of the breast present? What is the differential diagnosis of Paget's disease and how is it diagnosed? The most useful stains are CK7 and HER2. Examples of Paget's disease are included with gross and histological images. Cells that can be confused for Paget cells are Toker cells. pictures of these and relevant immuno (CK7 and HER2) are included.
