Michelle Coyle here, telling you about my personal journey with entrepreneurship. In case you're wondering why I'm qualified to talk about this, I figured it would be good to share my story. Today's story will explain how I came to run Queer Hustle.

It all started about 18 years ago when I was a Political Media Consultant. I learned a lot about business from who I worked for, and I ended up hooked on the idea of entrepreneurship. I went to business school and began to realize that I'm tougher than I first thought.

After getting my business degree, I experienced work in the 2009 recession, started my own makeup business, I went back to work for others again, and then finally, my consultant company began to start building itself. In 2017, I officially started my current business where I now work with queer entrepreneurs. As part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, in combination with my schooling and work experience, I believe this is a great position for me.
