Royal Everlast 8100 Metal Upright Vacuum

This is my Royal Everlast upright vacuum model 8100 (from the mid 2000s), that I bought on Ebay after wanting a newer Royal that's more powerful and more modern than my 880 (   • Royal 880 (mid 70s) Metal Upright Vacuum  ), even though the design of these does date back to the early 1900s, but I digress. This did come with optional attachment kit, but I really didn't bother buying one since the vacuum itself is already enough for me. These Royal Metal uprights are really excellent machines, all the parts on this vacuum are entirely made of metal, the handle, cord hooks, base, motor casing, and even the fan impeller (which is good because it won't damage if you were to accidentally were to suck up something metal, like a nail or a screw). One great thing about these Royal Metal uprights is that they never changed the design of these vacuums, they're still the same rugged durable metal upright vacuums that they were about 100 years ago, but later uprights came with a more modern carpet height adjustment that used 2 pedals on the rear wheels instead of a hand screw. This features a 7 amp motor with direct air design and takes Royal Type B bags (which is very similar to the Hoover Type A bags). The suction is surprisingly amazing (awesome for a direct air vacuum), the airflow is all kinds of fantastic (and it sure deep cleans well), and the agitation stupidly aggressive. My only complaint about this machine is that it's so loud when using, and this model lacks the headlight and adjust-o-rite. Overall, I absolutely love this vacuum and is certainly a great piece of vacuum history.
