Infineon’s 600 V CoolMOS CFD7 MOSFET family enable more efficient, more reliable, and lower cost resonant topologies in high power SMPS applications such as telecom, servers, and EV charging stations. The superjunction MOSFETs integrate a fast and robust body diode, with up to 69% lower reverse recovery charge than competitors. Combined with a reduce gate charge and improved turn-off behavior, the MOSFETs provide up to 1.45% increased efficiency over competing devices.
